A power company serving more than one million end users has chosen TrackStar for its automation needs. The energy company will use TrackStar to count and locate transformers, poles, vehicles, and other high-value assets in real-time by a user-defined policy. Spectrum Health System Launches Mobile Asset Tracking
TrackStar Mobile manages all consumable and fixed assets within the hospital campus containing over 4,000 staff. Capable of handling over twenty-five thousand inventory items within all approved locations. Our solution gave a breakthrough performance to redefine inventory for the Operating Suite. Inventory productivity went from 10 hours to 2 minutes with zero human error. For unapproved inventory moves, the system flags the policy violation allowing users/security to take countermeasures. This project expansion represents repeat business for our hospital division.

Top 3 USA Steel Producer Chooses TrackStar
CoilTrak provides crane positioning, anti-collision, and coil tracking throughout a multi-crane campus. The project will take 18 months to fully implement. Upon completion, the cold mill will have an enhanced pulpit offering 360-degree real-time information covering all aggregate and individual crane operations, and WIP/FGI inventory for all coils within its facility. Another repeat order and an example of customer loyalty.

RailPro solution expanded to additional rail lines at an existing customer site. The units supplement the hot mill pulpit with the geodetic location of items in the tracked workflow. The big win for the customer was geodetic accuracy for greater granularity and a dramatic increase in shipped tonnage per day. Repeat the order for our steel mill division.

HARP HAND HYGIENE IMPROVES ENERGY EFFICIENCY
TrackStar processes millions of HARP hand hygiene events as a routine task in its daily duty. Each event is an empirical tally for recognizing and scoring a hand wash. As a result of this activity, the HARP module within TrackStar is the foremost utility for capturing, processing and presenting hand hygiene events. HARP is an acronym for Hand-wash Activity Reporting Platform. HARP is now equipped with a new state machine that toggles between a low-energy sleep state and hand-wash capture mode. TRACK STAR IS COMPATIBLE WITH ISO OPEN STANDARD AND ADDS HL7
The TrackStar multi-campus hospital enterprise system is fully compatible with the International Standards Organization’s efforts to make the passive RFID specification a universal open standard. By also adding HL7 to its repertoire TrackStar is now able to leverage more open standards within the hospital ecosystem than any other incumbent. TrackStar fully integrates with the software stack in the hospital IT space. Since its inception, TrackStar has been compatible with the open standard movement. Its past successes include compliance to Gen1, Gen 2, and in its mature form the current ISO/IEC 18000-part 6 standard making TrackStar comport to the largest automatic ID architecture in the world. The adoption of HL7 TrackStar brings all its capabilities and benefits to hospitals. HAND HYGIENE DETECTION SPEEDS UP
All hospitals deploying the TrackStar HARP (Hand-wash Activity Reporting Platform) solution for hand hygiene management are now able to double their ability to process more hand washes using the existing hardware. TrackStar engineers improved their digital signal processing (DSP) to shorten dwell time to detect a hand wash. The purpose-built hardware is now able to respond within milli-seconds allowing rapid detection of hand wash activity. Our benchmarks at Lakeland Hospital and others confirm these huge gains.” This upgrade was rolled out to the HARP fleet using tracks tar’s auto-updater.
