Arlington Heights , IL :  American RFID Solutions’ Lab equipped with walk-in Faraday Cage.   The Faraday Cage is a practical application of the effect demonstrated by Michael Faraday’s ground breaking work in the early 1800’s.  An important consequence of this experiment is that electric fields can be shielded.

Las Vegas , NV :  Harold Clampitt is honored as Master of Ceremonies at the ISCEA Conference.  His keynote address kicked off the RFID Learning Track with a presentation outlining the past, present and future of this exciting technology.  The RFID Learning Track provided the attendees with a solid overview of RFID.  The awards reception concluded with a presentation by Mr. Clampitt entitled “RFID an Enabling Technology” which outlined the vast potential and opportunities that RFID brings to the supply chain.

Bangkok , Thailand :  Harold Clampitt, CEO of American RFID Solutions, spoke to a full house at the Bangkok RFID Summit.  The region was represented by attendees from China , India , Indonesia , Japan , Korea , Malaysia , Singapore and Thailand .  Mr. Clampitt discussed the technology embedded in RFID Gen 2, in particular, the Singulation algorithm used to harvest a tag population (more).

Arlington Heights , IL :  American RFID Solutions launches the ARS eLearn Center Virtual Instructor Led Training (VILT) curriculum.  These courses may be purchased via the eLearn Center at www.americanrfidsolutions.com.  VILT offers the popular ARS RFID courses using subject matter expert trainers on a scheduled basis.

Las Vegas , NV :  American RFID Solutions exhibits at RFID Journal Live! 2006 and releases the RFShark, the industry’s first hand-held test instrument.  The product launch is a great success and the Shark is met with enthusiasm from many different business sectors.

Arlington Heights , IL :  The 2nd edition of the RFID Certification Textbook is published.  Authored by Harold Clampitt, this is the most up to date RFID resource and study guide available and includes information just recently ratified from the EPC Board of Governors on March 8, 2006 for the Tag Data Standards Version 1.3.  It is also the only reference to provide you with valuable information on the recent Application Level Events Specification.

Arlington Heights , IL :  American RFID Solutions introduces the RFShark, the industry’s first portable test instrument.  This breakthrough test instrument measures and evaluates read zone performance for all EPC RFID infrastructures.  It is purpose built for the RFID champion who is responsible for designing, installing, and trouble shooting the air interface for a RFID read zone.

Arlington Heights , IL :  American RFID Solutions launches comprehensive RFID web based training through the ARS eLearn Center.  These courses are offered through the ARS web site at www.americanrfidsolutions.com to registered users and include comprehensive coverage of RFID Fundamentals and RFID Certification tracks to include the CompTIA RFID+ Certification preparation, that is in the CompTIA approval process.

Arlington Heights, IL: American RFID Solutions and Symbol Technologies introduce industry’s first advanced technical RFID course that includes modular training programs exclusively for Symbol Professional Services and PartnerSelect partners, customers, and Symbol sales and support associates.  The course includes on-site demonstrations of innovative RFID solutions by subject matter experts, as well as more than twelve hours of hands-on training labs to help promote a best-practices training experience.

Dallas , TX :  Intermec selects American RFID Solutions to design and deliver a custom sales training program focused on “How to sell RFID” during their Worldwide Global Sales & Summit (GSS).  In a general session format, ARS delivered interactive RFID theory, role play and case study analysis targeted at sales professionals, pre-sales engineers and sales management.

Beijing , China:  Harold Clampitt is a key note speaker at China ’s R1 conference attended by hundreds of people.  ARS made a live demonstration of how to see the RF coverage of an RFID portal.

Penang , Malaysia: Signing Ceremony for RFID Technical Collaboration Agreement between ARS and Pentamaster Corpoaration Berhad (a KL board listed corporation).  Pentmaster is an ISO certified company with numerous awards including the Dell Supplier of the year award, the ERNST & YOUNG (MALAYSIA) emerging entrepreneur award.

American RFID Solutions, held a web conference with ISCEA’s newly formed branch in New Delhi, India. The parties announced the availability of ISCEA’s new RFID Supply Chain Manager (RFIDSCM) accreditation for India.

Beijing, China: American’s CEO, Harold Clampitt, is a key note speaker and panel member at RFID China Forum Spring 2005 (China’s largest RFID conference including China’s Ministry of Information and other leading political groups). Mr. Clampitt discussed how west meets east in the RFID theater of operations.
